You can count on James to get back to you in a timely manner and to keep appointments as promised. He is knowledgeable, articulate and hard working. Our laptop was pronounced terminally ill and we trusted his judgement, purchasing a new one from him at a reasonable price. Contacted Dynasty IT after found a virus on my machine. James knew exactly what the problem was and removed it 100%. He even emailed me a week after to make sure all was OK.

I was having problems with my recovery drive being almost full and as I have used computer fixer before contacted James and arranged for him to look at my laptop. The disk problem was solved very quickly but as I wanted a new virus checker instaled and an overhaul I left the computer with him. I returned 3 hours later job done and computer running better than it has done for a long time for a very reasonable price.

Took my laptop into the shop as i had broken the screen, i found the shop to be closed ‘due to callout’ which was a little bit of a pain, but there was a free phone to use in a box to contact James which was handy, he also offered me a free collection from my house but I arranged a time to come back and the laptop was sorted the very next day. Fantastic repair service and even though the shop was closed the first time i came James makes the best effort to make contacting him easy, my advice is phone him before going to the shop to save a wasted trip incase he is out

We have used James’s service for 3 years now and as our office equipment was getting past it’s best, we decided to upgrade everything from old windows xp machines to more modern windows 7 pcs. James guided us in buying the best equipment for our needs and then arranged an overnight installation which was excellent. After setting up everything and transferring all our business data and programs to the new system, he guided us through the basics of using the system in the morning. We have 5 computers now running much faster and we were very happy as usual with the service James provides.

The best £60 we’ve spent in a long time. We scheduled a time for a visit and James arrived on time. He promptly fixed the problem whilst explaining what the fault was and how it had been caused. James received the tower to my computer at 3.30 pm by 4.30 I had a phone call explaining what was wrong and how much this would cost to sort. There was the removal of corrupt files, up grades and re installed damaged files there was also up grades on file, my tower was returned to me before I finished work. Very quick service very reasonably priced will be recommending James to my family and friends as well as using the service again. Thanks again James. A very satisfied customer.
